Hello! I am Diane the owner and operator of Diane Maxwell Photography. My studio is located in Butler County Western Pennsylvania, just outside of the city of Butler. My photography business provides Butler and the surrounding areas access to my photographic services both in studio and on location. Specialties include business portraits & headshots, commercial business corporate event & documentary photography services, creating and providing images for websites & marketing use, and portrait photography for families, seniors and pets. Personalized service and attention to detail are always top priority in my relationships with clients. This close and caring interaction has allowed the business to continually grow as past clients return and refer others.
Diane Maxwell Photography was established in 1996 and all photography services are handled personally. Every aspect of the business from the photography itself to image preparation, file handling, retouching, and all client services are personally handled and performed in house. From the initial phone conversation or email inquiry to the completion of the finished images, every step of the process is personally handled and attended to.
29 years of photographic experience in the business contribute to the creativity and quality of my work. I was actually fascinated with photography from a very early age and began taking snapshots with my little 110 camera that I got for Christmas when I was 10 years old. From there I proceeded to get my very first 35mm camera by saving up and paying for half of it when I was 15, (Mom & Dad paid for the other half as my birthday present!). I loved spending time in the high school darkroom developing my black and white film and experimenting. The first time I hand printed an 8x10 enlargement it was incredible to see the image magically appear and develop before my very eyes! From there I was forever hooked on the craft.
Fast forward 14 years later to 1996 and my professional photography career began. I strive to capture quality images through my artistic vision, intermingled with ideas and thoughts from my clients. I wish to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to all past, present, and future clients for their patronage and referrals.
