Jonathan Cowey leads Concentrix’s Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance business for EMEA. His team supports over 150 clients, ranging from retail and investment banking, to neo banks, fintechs and payment players, to insurance companies. Prior to Concentrix, Jonathan spent 20 years in UK financial services, running large-scale operations for companies like Virgin Money, Clydesdale, and Yorkshire Bank. He holds an MBA and previously served as a management consultant to large global financial services brands.
